1) Affirmations:

Although there are many methods a person can reprogram their subconscious mind, there are some that are more powerful than others. Affirmations are one of the building blocks experts recommend people use to awaken their subconscious mind and place it under their control.

An affirmation is a powerful statement in the present tense that speaks directly to your subconscious mind. You have already been talking to it all along with your emotions and are only unaware.

Affirmations said out loud can be powerful, whether they are negative or positive. Have you ever told yourself you can’t do something only to find you couldn’t? These statements have such power, they must be used carefully. Speak positives only and begin to see significant changes in how your subconscious mind responds.

Examples of positive affirmations include:

* I am physically, mentally and emotionally in complete health.
* I attract money from all corners of the earth quickly. Money is drawn to me because I am a huge money magnet.
* I am a Spiritual Being with infinite potential living in a physical body created by God.

It might seem silly at first. But saying positive affirmations to yourself on a regular basis with FEELING will begin to reprogram the parts of your mind, that keep you in your comfort zone and never allow you to live your life to the fullest.

2) Visualization:

Visualization is one of the most powerful exercises you can do to change the way you access your subconscious mind. By just focusing on a positive image, you can use this imagery to begin achieving your goals like never before.

Suddenly, it will seem like there are no barriers holding you back. This allows you to see your goals in your mind, causing them to be born in reality, as you take action while being in the right vibration.

Though it seems overly simple, if you can envision it, you can achieve it! Visual images you create have an extremely powerful effect on your mind. These images affect both the conscious and subconscious mind, making them more powerful than you can imagine. Envisioning yourself being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live will allow you to become exactly what you see.

3) Meditation:

Mediation is one of the vital ways to reprogram your subconscious mind. It is the most effective way of quieting your conscious mind so you can fully focus on the subconscious. In a meditative state, your brain is fully receptive and open.

Visions that take place in this state are more powerful than you may believe. Picture being able to control the power of the universe by simply quieting the conscious mind and allowing the subconscious to take control.

Don’t give up if mediation seems difficult at first. Calming the mind can be a little difficult in the beginning because it tends to “talk” regularly. With daily practice, you will soon become a champion at stopping your mind chatter and gaining laser focus on what you aspire to achieve through your meditation adventures.

4)Speak Positively Every Day:

The subconscious mind doesn’t reason for itself. It only records what it sees with feelings. So what you are saying to your subconscious mind? Are you filling it with negatives and crippling yourself or are you filling it with positives? Accept it or not, your subconscious mind is going to hold onto whatever you tell it the most in pictures and feelings. 

Each of us have a steady torrent of chatter with ourselves. We need to make the most of these conversations and speak positively. Remember what you speak inside mentally is what you become.

It takes repetition and will seem foreign to you at first. By simply changing your inner dialog to a positive one, you can begin to see significant shifts in your world that allows you to become the person you were meant to be without limits.

5) Acting As If Your Dream Is Already Fulfilled:

When working towards programming your subconscious mind, you must learn to act as if the changes you want to see occur have already happened. Suppose you need to lose twenty pounds to be healthier and feel more confident.

Programming your mind involves fully envisioning yourself already being twenty pounds lighter. You must speak it and see it as if it is true. If you fully envision it, your mind will believe it and you will achieve it.

The easiest way to do this is to envision yourself on a movie screen. See yourself starring in the role of a lifetime, the one you would love to live….the one you have been aiming for but never thought you could achieve in the past.

In this movie, you can be whatever you want to be and do whatever you like. You really must believe it with all your heart, soul and mind. Remember what you see on the screen of your mind is going to be your reality so make it big and exciting!

6) Writing To Unlock The Subconscious Mind:

A stream of consciousness writing is powerful and effective in not only programming the subconscious mind but also being able to access the information it contains. This is an easy way to work towards programming with minimum effort. Get your computer and open notepad. Set your watch for ten to fifteen minutes and then sit down in a quiet room and begin to type away.

Write whatever comes to your mind. It does not matter how silly or strange it may seem. When you first start writing, you are only going to be able to channel your conscious mind. Don’t worry; just continue to let it flow. Soon, you will awaken your subconscious mind and may just be amazed at what you discover.

Keep a special notebook that is dedicated to your stream of conscious sessions every day. Reading back through these later can unlock thoughts, feelings and emotions you have been hiding away your entire life. These cleaning experiences can bring you independence and unlock the limitless power of your mind.

7) Dreaming While Sleeping:

Dreaming with intent can also open the barriers created by the conscious mind, allowing you to gain access to the subconscious. When you dream, your conscious mind is slumbering, which allows your subconscious mind to take over for a brief period. Documenting your dreams can allow you to learn to dream lucidly. Lucid dreams speak directly to the subconscious mind, changing your reality while you sleep.

Imagine if you will, being able to direct what will happen over the coming hours, days and weeks simply by directing your dreams.

The saying dreams really do come true could not be farther from the truth. An easy way to harness this ability is to keep a dream journal by your bed. Jot down your dreams as soon as you wake. Describe your dream in detail. Include your emotions and every aspect of the dream.

As you start to remember your dreams more clearly, you will soon see you have the capacity to direct your thoughts as you are dreaming them. This is an amazing way to reach your subconscious mind. When your dreams become real in your life, you have accomplished programming your mind and unlocking all of its potential.

    Wow Alex. I have heard of most of these techniques but it is nice to see them all in one place and I like the examples you give. These 7 ways on how to program the subconscious mind are just what everyone should be learning! I have been trying to meditate more but it is so hard sometimes. Are there any books you recommend on meditation or any of these techniques?

      thanks so much. There is a really good book called The Secret Of The Ages by Charles F. Haanel. He gives you tasks to do throughout the week to control your mind and body. Its very helpful. If you by it on kindle through Amazon its the cheapest. Hope this helps
